Investors & Strategic Partners

A Scalable System Built for Coordinated Impact The Tree of New America Sustainability Ecosystem™ Platform is a structured, scalable coordination model designed to organize existing operational resources into a unified system. By connecting food recovery, logistics, workforce activity, housing support, and community distribution into a coordinated operational framework, the platform transforms fragmented activity into measurable, repeatable outcomes. This is not a standalone program. It is a deployable system designed for structured regional expansion through aligned partnerships, licensing, and operational implementation. The Opportunity

Organizing Existing Infrastructure at ScaleAcross regions, operational infrastructure already exists—grocery retail surplus, community organizations, logistics activity, housing environments, workforce participation, and public support systems. The limitation is not supply or participation, but coordination. The opportunity is to deploy a system that aligns these operational layers into a continuous, measurable ecosystem capable of producing scalable outcomes without rebuilding infrastructure from the ground up.

A Deployable Model

Structured for Licensing and Regional Expansion The platform is designed for deployment through structured partnerships, implementation models, and licensing frameworks supporting counties, municipalities, organizations, and institutional partners. This model enables:
  • Regional deployment without rebuilding operational infrastructure
  • Integration with existing partners and systems
  • Consistent replication across multiple environments
  • Scalable growth aligned with real-world operations
Expansion occurs through alignment and coordination rather than duplication.

Multi-Layer Value Creation

Operational, Social, and System-Level Impact The platform creates measurable value across multiple operational layers:
  • Operational efficiency — Coordinated recovery, logistics, and delivery systems improve consistency while reducing fragmentation and waste
  • Community impact — Expanded access to food and support services across communities and supportive housing environments
  • System performance — Measurable coordination across partners supporting continuous operational visibility and scalable deployment
This layered structure supports both immediate operational impact and long-term system expansion.

Data & Visibility

A System That Can Be Measured The platform provides measurable visibility across recovery, logistics, participation, delivery, and operational activity throughout the system. This enables:
  • Reporting and transparency
  • Performance tracking across regions
  • Data-informed expansion and deployment
  • System optimization over time
The result is a coordination framework supported by measurable operational insight.

The Role Of The Tree

A Public-Facing Interface for a Scalable System The Tree of New America serves as the physical and experiential interface of the Sustainability Ecosystem™ Platform—making coordinated system activity visible to communities, partners, and stakeholders. As the system expands, the Tree reflects participation, operational movement, and measurable growth through a shared public experience. It functions as both:
  • A public engagement platform
  • A visible representation of system expansion and operational development

Real-World Foundation

Built Through Active Deployment The platform is grounded in active operational deployment—developed through coordinated activity across grocery retail recovery systems, community organizations, logistics operations, and housing-related support environments. Initial deployment activity in Orange County provides a working foundation for broader regional expansion into Los Angeles, Ventura, San Diego, and San Bernardino counties. This is not a theoretical framework. It is a system developed through real operational experience and designed for scalable expansion. [ View Impact ]

Structure & Future Development

A Dual Structure Designed for ScaleThe Tree of New America currently operates as a nonprofit organization supporting active deployment, operational coordination, and community-level implementation. In parallel, the underlying platform infrastructure and intellectual property are being developed for future transition into a Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) designed to support scalable deployment, structured licensing, and long-term system expansion. This dual structure enables:
  • Continued community impact through nonprofit operations
  • Scalable platform growth through dedicated system infrastructure
Additional information regarding structure, deployment strategy, and regional expansion is available through direct discussion.

Strategic Partnership & Development

Supporting System Growth and Expansion Continued refinement and regional deployment of the platform—including operational infrastructure, coordination systems, implementation frameworks, and scalable deployment activity—is supported through aligned strategic partnerships and investment. Participation supports the continued growth of a coordinated ecosystem connecting operational execution with scalable system development.
